Parts Associate/Specialist Description of the role:

Quality Chevrolet GMC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Parts Associate/Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various parts-related activities, including inventory management, customer service, and order processing. Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this position.

• Assist with receiving, organizing, and cataloging parts inventory
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with parts inquiries and orders
• Process parts orders accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of parts
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts department

• Prior experience in an automotive parts role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with parts management software
