Every employee is expected to lead from where they are, take ownership of outcomes, and always act in the best interest of the team, customer, project and organization.

As a purpose-driven organization on a journey to be most admired, we rely on trust, shared leadership, open communication, disciplined action and a deep respect for the individual to drive exceptional performance. Supports transaction activities by preparing financial summaries, reviewing proposals, and coordinating stakeholder communications. Works closely with accounts payable and accounts recievable to assist in the collection and reconciliation of tenant improvement allowances, deposits, and other landlord payments. Prepares lease-related reports and dashboards to support portfolio analysis and leadership reviews. Identifies opportunities to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance reporting capabilities. Provides mentorship and guidance to other team members on lease administration procedures and standards. Education Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
